We specialize in Video Ad Insertion Services (also “Services”), helping businesses increase revenue by seamlessly integrating targeted ads into their video content.

This US Residents Privacy Statementis for individuals residing in the following US states California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah (also “You”). It supplements the information contained in our main Privacy Statement at vidzone.com/privacy-policy. It explains how We collect, use, and disclose Your personal information and how to exercise Your rights under various applicable privacy laws in the United States, including the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CPRA”), the Colorado Privacy Act, the Connecticut Act Concerning Personal Data Privacy and Online Monitoring, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (collectively, the “US Privacy Laws”).

We did not collect and/or disclose any Personal Information within the last twelve (12) months. We do not collect, use, or disclose information that the US Privacy Laws consider being sensitive personal information, as well as Personal Information related to a child. We have not sold Your Personal Information, nor have We shared Your Personal Information, as that term is defined in the CPRA, in the preceding twelve (12) months. Our Site obtains the categories of Personal Information from the following sources:

If for providing services represented via Our Site We have contractual obligations with You, and Our contract with You is terminated, We do not further collect or use Personal Information received from You.

  • Right to Correct inaccurate Personal Information. You have the right to request that We correct inaccurate Personal Information that We maintain about You.
  • Right to Delete Personal Information. You have the right to request that We delete Personal Information that We collected from You or about You, subject to certain exceptions.

We cannot respond to Your request or provide You with Personal Information if We cannot verify Your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to You. To verify Your identity, We may need to collect additional information to verify Your identity, such as Your IP address, or government-issued ID. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require You to create an account with Us.

Only You, or someone legally authorized to act on Your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to Your Personal Information. We may ask such third party to verify Your identity before processing Your request to protect Your information and the integrity of our services, such as by providing signed permission from You to make the request on Your behalf, and may need to verify their identity, such as by requesting valid government issued ID. You may only make a verifiable consumer request to know twice within a 12-month period.

We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request. In addition, where applicable, We will provide You with more information about our appeal process. When You submit a request or launch an appeal, We will limit our collection of Your Personal Information to only what is necessary to securely fulfill Your request or process Your appeal. We will not require You or Your authorized agent to pay a fee for the verification of Your request or appeal. We will not discriminate against You for exercising any of Your rights.
